Reasons People are Hesistant to go Veg

In this post, I go over the common concerns that people have about being vegetarian, and the excuses that I think prevents them from considering reducing their meat consumption. Reasons include: "I like meat too much" "I won't get protein or other nutrients" and "One person won't do anything."

Don't tell yourself you can't do something, challenge yourself to consciously reduce your meat consumption, even just a few times a week! I believe in youuu!
